My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk from the main Madrid's sightseeing spots and close to the metro stations. The rooms were spacious, with a lovely view of the Plaza from the window, and the private bathroom was a definite plus. The service was top-notch, and the classic American dishes served in the dining area were delicious. However, the lack of transparent glass in the windows was a bit disappointing. Overall, great value for money!

The service is exceptional with great assistance for tours and tickets. The location is ideal, being close to major attractions like Gran Via metro station and Puerta Del Sol in the heart of Madrid. The dining experience, although offering soup, could be improved. Overall, a great stay with amazing views and proximity to key city spots.
The hotel is ideally located, close to everything we wanted to see and with easy access to bus and train stations. The rooms are spacious with a window offering a lovely view of the Plaza and equipped with four twin beds.
